Shipping & Delivery Policy

Covid19 Update: We at CLA FRANCHISE continue to serve you throughout the pandemic and safety has always been our top priority. There may be some delay in the shipping process hence we appreciate your kind understanding. Rest assured we will provide the best service as always.

1.Where does CLA FRANCHISE ship to?
We ship within Malaysia and to Hong Kong / Macau / Australia / Singapore / Taiwan currently. Once you have keyed in the delivery address at the order check-out page, the shipping fee will auto-calculated accordingly.

2.How much is the shipping cost?
For West Malaysia, the flat rate shipping fee is RM8. While for East Malaysia is flat rate RM15.
For Singapore, the shipping rate is RM24.
For all the rest of the world, shipping fee will start from RM50 onwards.
Our products are shipped out from Kuala Lumpur and it typically will be delivered within:
  • 2-4 working days for West Malaysia
  • 4-7 working days for East Malaysia and Singapore
  • 7-14 working days for other international destinations.

    3. When will my order be shipped?
    All our CLA FRANCHISE products are ready stock and we ship within 1 – 4 working days. You will get a shipment and tracking notification email as soon as your parcel is on its way.  If you need to expedite your order for your loved one as a gift urgently, do let us know and we will try our utmost best to assist you.
    If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, kindly contact the courier service provider with the tracking ID provided or speak to our friendly CLA FRANCHISE customers service for assistance.

    4.Why is the tracking number not showing up on the system?
    Courier companies usually take up to 24 – 48 hours to update and reflect the tracking status. So not to worry if you do not see the delivery status on the first day of shipping.  However if you have difficulty tracking down your parcel, kindly contact us for assistance.
